Welcome to the Balayage Badass program! By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Upon purchase of the Balayage Badass program, you will receive lifetime access to all program content. Lifetime access includes all current and future updates to the program unless otherwise specified. Access is granted solely to the purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and value of the Balayage Badass program. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request via email to support@balayagebadass.com within the 30-day period. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be honored.

3. VIP Ticket to Balayage Badass Live
As a special bonus, your purchase includes a FREE VIP ticket to the Balayage Badass Live event. Please note that the date, time, and duration of this event are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. The VIP ticket is valid for one individual and is non-transferable.

4. Modifications to the Program
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Balayage Badass program or any part of it without notice at any time. Any updates or changes made to the program will be available to you as part of your lifetime access.

5. No Resale or Sharing of Program Materials
All program materials, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and other content, are intended for individual use only. The resale, sharing, or distribution of program materials to anyone other than the purchaser is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Balayage Badass program are the intellectual property of Masters of Balayage. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material without explicit written consent from Masters of Balayage.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
